We have a new member of staff at Cottage Beck Cafe Church. He is Aaron who by a series of trials, errors and successes has become very popular as one of our chefs. His desserts are sumptuous! We'll give you a full profile on him later, including pictures!

Cottage Beck Café Church is much more than just a café. It is a facility for the local neighbourhood, a place where people do things for other people: a friendly place where you can go and meet up with familiar faces and also where things happen that make this a better neighbourhood to live in. 

Sometimes, people perceive Christianity to be about singing hymns, listening to preachers, and taking up offerings. In fact, Jesus was a person who spent his life on the road doing things for people and encouraging them to do things for each other.  Cafe Church is about that side of Christianity - the bit that encourages people to be there for each other, regardless of what they believe or don't believe.
